Controller Specifications:

Depending on the application, the control panel may come equipped with a digital counter or rate meter to allow for precise Floccin™ delivery. It can be set for either automatic operation or run manually for override and setup situations. Emergency Stop function is also provided.

Super Sack Floccin™ Feeder Control Panel

The Floccin™ delivery rate is adjustable through the use of a potentiometer. When configured for a batch process the controller will feed a preset amount of Floccin™ for the batch, according to user defined set points, before turning off. The display values are pounds of Floccin™. When configured for continuous flow operation, the feeder will display the rate of Floccin™ being fed in either pounds per minute or pounds per hour. All operations can be manually triggered, or interfaced with existing equipment for automatic operation.

Installation:

In a typical installation the feeder is secured to the floor in a position accessible to forklift for lifting the Floccin™ Super Sack to the hopper deck. A sweeping auger run is installed between the Feeder and the reaction tank. The auger pipe is clamped to the base feeder motor assembly with the discharge end extending over the wall of the reaction tank. A clamp assembly is used to secure the discharge end of the auger pipe to the reaction tank wall.
