General Specifications
These units are all stainless steel construction with a heavy gauge polypropylene feed hopper.
Dimensions are approximately 3' by 3' by 5' tall.
Units with feeder baskets to accommodate a 2000 lb. bag are approximately
5'-8" tall and require a
free space overhead of at least 6' for loading of the bag(s).
Feeder requires 110 volt AC Single Phase, 5 amp service. On/off and variable signal inputs available in controller.
Controller Specifications
Standard Continuous Units are set with potentiometers for motor speed to deliver a continuous amount of material. Manually turned on/off or may be interfaced to customer's existing control. Has adjustable on/off delay relay to allow controlled on/off cycling.
Standard Batch Units are set with potentiometers for motor speed to deliver set amount of material over specified time period. Manually turned on/off or may be interfaced to customer's existing control(s).
Digital Display Option
Continuous Mode - Speed control is set to desired lbs /hr as shown on display
Batch Mode - Amount of material to be delivered is set on the digital display . Motor speed is set
for delivery time. 6 digit display.
