Integrated's Polymer Blending System
The system mixes water with neat emulsion polymer to make a 0.5-1.5% solution, provides some aging time of 30-60 minutes, and injects the polymer solution into the process line with a variable speed progressing cavity pump.
Each system is custom designed for the application for feed rate and automation depending on the customers needs.
The system includes a polyethylene tank mounted on a composite pallet, mixer and framework, influent flow meter and flow switch, control panel with variable speed feed and interlock for interfacing with the liquid/solid separation equipment (DAF, clarifier, centrifuge, belt press, or other). Neat polymer feed rates available from 0.5 gph to 50 gph and customized controls as needed for each installation.
