Industrial Machinery Wastewater Treatment Ability Test
The sample was received with a pH of approximately 10 and was pH adjusted downward with caustic fluid. 100 ml of the sample was tested and dosed with .25 grams of Floccin™ J and provided the results as shown below; which equates to a dosage rate of 21 lbs. per 1000 gallons of wastewater.
Reaction time was 3-4 minutes with a settling time of 90-120 seconds. Suspended solids content of the untreated water is 500ppm and after treatment was less than 30ppm.
